HI, I am Ma-Luschka Colindres a teacher from Union School working with 5 other teachers giving first aid to the wounded. Thus far we have only had the chance to carry one orphan to Nos petits freres et soeurs at Tabarre we have seen that the orphanages are at full capacity. This is a state of emergency so empty homes or large tents could be temporarily considered to collect the kids from the hospitals and the streets to care for them until a formal structure is put in place. The longer the wait is the more damage will be done.
